Do you guarantee followers or sales?
No, and nobody honest can. What we guarantee is consistent, quality content: 10 videos a month, posted 2–3 times a week. Organic growth usually takes 3–6 months, and your monthly report shows what’s working and what we’re changing.
How long is the shoot?
About 2–3 hours, once a month, at your location. Scripts are approved ahead of time, so shoot day moves quickly.
Do I need to be on camera?
Not necessarily. Owner-led videos tend to connect best, but we can feature your team, your space, your products or voiceovers instead. We’ll plan around what you’re comfortable with.
Who does the posting?
We do. We write the captions and hashtags and schedule 2–3 posts a week on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. You approve everything before it goes live. Replying to comments and DMs is the part that works best coming from you, and we’ll suggest replies.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You connect your accounts to a scheduling tool (like Meta Business Suite or Buffer) and give us access there. You keep full control and can remove access any time.
What if I want to cancel?
The founding rate comes with a 3-month commitment. After that, you can cancel with written notice. Full terms are in a simple agreement you’ll see before signing.
Who owns the videos?
You do. The videos we make for you are yours to keep and use on your website, ads and emails, even if you stop the service.
